Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represents seller in $3.95 million multifamily investment sale
Pawtucket, RI Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented seller, RISSPORT I LLC in the sale of multiple multifamily properties to ROSO Investment Realty Trust for $3.95 million.
The sale consisted of nine multifamily properties located in Pawtucket, Providence and Cranston for a total of 65 units; 61 Meadow St., 1060 Douglas Ave., 570 Douglas and 35 Veto St. in Providence, 1912 Broad St. in Cranston and 213-225 Walcott St., 1 Dexter Court and 27 Dexter Court in Pawtucket.
