Casey of Sweeney Real Estate sells two industrial properties - $1.875 million
Smithfield, RI Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers in the sale of 711 Putnam Pike in Smithfield and represented the sellers of 89 & 91 Dunnell Ln. in Pawtucket.
The Putnam Pike property, an 83,982 s/f renovated textile mill, sold for $1.15 million to Jaw Mills LLC on March 16th. The 21.03-acre site has multiple long-term tenants, parking for over 250 cars and is located along Rte. 44.
The buyer was represented by Matt Tsimikas of Trusthill Real Estate.
89 & 91 Dunnell Ln., an industrially zoned site with a 63,820 s/f building, sold for $725,000 to Strategic Property Exchanges LLC.
The buyer, represented by Michael Alves of Keller Williams, plans to lease out the space.
