Casey of Sweeney Real Estate sells office space for $650,000
John Taber Jacobson of Providence sold 28 Wolcott St. to Cargill Westside Group LLC of Johnston for $650,000. The property is a 7,472 s/f building with office and residential space, and the winner of the 2009 John H. Chaffee Conservation Award.
Cargill Westside Group intends to occupy the space. Kevin Casey, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented Jacobson and Jim DeRentis, of Residential Properties LTD, represented the Cargill Westside Group in the transaction.
