Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal leases 10,000 s/f at West Davisville Commons
North Kingstown, RI Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the landlords in a 10,000 s/f lease transaction at 338 Compass Circle.
The tenant, Advanced Production and Design, (AD&P) was represented by Nick King of Collins Commercial.
The West Davisville Commons consists of twin 200,000 s/f flex buildings on over 25 acres in the Quonset Point Commerce Park.
