Casa Builders continues 55+ senior living community, Wyman Farms

Shrewsbury, MA Casa Builders and Developers (Casa) continues the construction of their 55+ senior living community, Wyman Farms. Sales and marketing began at the property in 2019, and completion is scheduled for 2022.

Consisting of 26 units, the newly constructed, luxury duplex-style condominiums, Wyman Farms’ architecture resembles a modernized New England style, with windows and low-maintenance exteriors. A variety of floor plans are available, with optional sunrooms or decks, and all units come with an open floor plan, with an average square footage of 2,600.

All units include two bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, a basement, and two-car garage. Other features standard across all units include hardwood floors, granite counter tops, decorative moldings, and composite rear decks. All units have first-floor master suites for one-floor living. Wyman Farms’ HOA offers landscaping, snow removal, road maintenance, and exterior maintenance.

“Wyman Farms’s location just outside of Worcester offers luxury living in a suburban environment,” said Barbara Venincasa, owner of Casa Realty Service. “Adults who join our community can enjoy our numerous amenities and community programming, something that we’ve found critical at other projects.”

Wyman Farms is located less than 15 miles from downtown Worcester, in close proximity to I-495 and the Mass. Pike. The property is located minutes to Wegmans, shops and restaurants on Main St.

Casa Builders has partnered with sister company Casa Realty, to sell the townhomes. At present, half of the properties are under agreement or sold, with 13 left available on the market. Opportunities still exist for lot selection and custom builds.
