Goffstown, NH Deanna Caron of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC has brokered the sale of 39 Main St. for $275,000. The 2,016 s/f former Howes Pharmacy building was sold to Richard Thomas who is located at 20 Main St. and will be moving to the new location this summer.
