Caron of Stebbins leases 3,200 s/f at Applebee's Plaza

Deanna Caron, associate broker with Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has fully leased the retail strip mall at 581 Second St. The final two tenants to occupy the mall are CellMart, a cellular phone accessory store taking 1,600 s/f for two years and Book Cellars, LLC, a bookstore for college students, also taking 1,600 s/f for two years. Caron represented the seller, Garde Realty, LLC in both transactions and assisted the tenants. The Applebee's Plaza is also home to Applebee's Restaurant, Blockbuster Video, Little Caesars, Haircuts Plus, Subway, Tedeschi's Convenience Store and many others.
