Caron of Stebbins Commercial sells 34,000 s/f Annalee Doll retail/museum

Deanna Caron of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. negotiated the sale of a second property for C & K Partnership, the parent company for Annalee Dolls. The site is located at 50 Reservoir Rd. and sold for $1.05 million.  The property was purchased by Hidden Green, LLC, the investors for The Winnipesaukee Playhouse. Located in Laconia, the theatre troupe hopes to begin moving this summer. The buyer plans $1 million in renovations. The property consists of 34,000 s/f in 7 buildings on over 14 acres, including the former Annalee retail store and museum. Annalee Dolls has consolidated this location into the new Annalee Outlet Store located within the corporate office building. Caron represented the seller and assisted the buyer.
