Caron of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. sells 1,250 s/f for $100,000
Deanna Caron, associate broker at Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the sale of 1,250 s/f at 722 East Industrial Park Dr., Unit #13.
Caron represented the sellers, Donald and Joann Dobrowski and assisted the buyer, David Collins of DHC Real Estate, LLC. The sale price was $100,000.
