Caron of Stebbins Commercial leases 3,500 s/f to Mills Falls School

Deanna Caron, associate broker with Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. leased a portion of the Union Leader building at 100 William Loeb Dr. The Mills Falls Charter School will be taking 3,500 s/f for one year, and then expanding into an additional 6,500 s/f over the next four years. Caron represented the landlord, The Union Leader Corp., LLC and Will Kanteres represented the tenant. The Mills Falls Charter School is New Hampshire's first Public Montessori School. Launching in Fall 2012, the school is open - tuition free - to New Hampshire students in grades K-3 in year one, expanding annually to a full K-6 elementary program. Located in Manchester, Mills Falls brings together children of all backgrounds and learning styles in mixed-age classrooms that merge the Common Core Curriculum with the individualized and academically integrated Montessori approach.
