Carlisle and Schilkes of Randall honored as top producing agents
At their annual meeting at the Westerly Yacht Club, Randall, Realtors GMAC honored their top producing agents for 2007. Melinda Carlisle (Mystic) led the company last year in sales volume, followed by the Schilke team (Ed and Andy, Westerly).
Rounding out the top agents in terms of sales volume were Patrice Fenton (Charlestown), Mary Krupinski (Westerly), Don Geehan (Westerly), Josephine Navin (Stonington), Fran Wiehn (Mystic), Lorraine Randall (Charlestown), Susan Robotham (Mystic), John Sheil (South Kingstown) and Sarah Field (Westerly).
Krupinski was the company's leading listing agent last year, followed by Melinda Carlisle (Mystic) and Patrice Fenton (Charlestown). The Schilkes were the top team in terms of listings.
Jo-Anne Feeney (Wakefield) led the company in rental closings while Linda Wallander (Charlestown) and Jean Fournier (Charlestown) tied as the leading agents in terms of relocation sales volume.
Receiving the spirit award in 2007 was Carolyn Davis (North Kingstown). Rookie of the Year, awarded to the agent with the highest sales volume during his or her first twelve months with the company, was awarded to Jim Abbott (Charlestown).
The 2007 fourth quarter leaders were also recognized at the annual meeting. Don Geehan (Westerly) led the company in sales volume in the fourth quarter. The top agents from Randall's remaining offices last quarter were Cely O'Brien (Charlestown), Marc Archambault (Wakefield), Pat Holtzman (North Kingstown), Melinda Carlisle (Mystic), Robin Smith (Stonington), Louise Malone (Waterford) and Jaclyn Dodson (Lisbon).
The Schilkes (Westerly) were the top sales and listings team in the fourth quarter. Patrick Murray (Wakefield) and Mary Krupinski (Westerly) had the most listings last quarter, followed by Clark Farley (Westerly). Denise Fusaro (Westerly) was the top rental agent in the fourth quarter.
