Nancy Carleton

Portland, ME Vitalius Real Estate Group welcomes brokers Nancy Carleton, Poe Cilley and Tyson Soule to its brokerage team.

“Nancy, Poe and Tyson are highly respected veterans of the midcoast real estate market,” said Brit Vitalius, principal of Vitalius Real Estate Group. “We are honored to have them join the Vitalius family. Their experience in the midcoast market provides Vitalius clients with an expanded reach and in-depth market knowledge of this gorgeous Maine region. We’re thrilled to have their talents join our boutique agency.”

She worked at Bath Iron Works for 14 years where she learned key organizational and listening skills that carried into her position with Advanced Management Catalyst. Carleton loves the energy of the midcoast area with its beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants and shops, and quaint towns dotting the coastline.
