Cardente Real Estate sells 2 commercial condos
According to Cardente Real Estate, Fore Street Investments, LLC has purchased units 5 and 6 at 322 Fore St. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, 322 Fore Street, LLC, by Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers and on behalf of the buyer by Matthew Cardente of Cardente.
In a transaction in Scarborough, Cardente R.E. leased 1,600 /f of retail space to Secret Bridges from Ferret Realty at 605 US Rte. One, Scarborough. Karen Rich and Matthew Cardente of Cardente negotiated the lease.
