Cardente Real Estate completes two leases totaling 3,212 s/f
Yarmouth, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Lani Toscano Design LLC has leased 2,612 s/f of retail/office space at 106 Lafayette St. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate.
Sticky Sweet, LLC has leased 600 s/f of retail space from EngleMildred, LLC at 115 Cumberland Ave. in Portland, Maine. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Matthew Cardente and Robert Tragemann of Cardente Real Estate, and on behalf of the tenant by Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group.
Sticky Sweet is Portland, Maine’s only vegan ice cream shop.
