Portland, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, 274 Park Avenue, LLC has purchased a fully tenanted six-unit multifamily building at 274 Park Ave. for $875,000.

This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, Trident, LLC by Cheri Bonawitz of Cardente and on behalf of the buyer by Paul McKee of Keller Williams Realty. 

In another transaction, Louis Berger leased 2,004 s/f of office space at Lower Falls Landing (106 Lafayette St.) in Yarmouth. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Lower Falls Landing Associates, by Mike Cardente of Cardente Real Estate and Jon Rizzo of CBRE/The Boulos Company. 

Finally, Travis Seaver of Flagship Financial has leased 2,004 s/f of office space at Lower Falls Landing. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Lower Falls Landing Associates, by Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate.
