Capstone Properties sells 56,594 s/f for $2.33 million to Donnelly's

Donnelly's, a school uniform company that was established in 1926 has purchased a 56,594 s/f building located at 50 Sharpe Dr., in the Howard Industrial Park, for $2.33 million. This is a major expansion for the company that is run by Peter Donnelly. The property offered the company space to expand, as well as highway access. The seller, John Crane, was represented by Chris Greenman and Neil Amper, SIOR of Capstone Properties and Robin Stolberg of Jones Lang LaSalle based in Chicago. Donnelly's was represented by George Paskalis of MG Commercial.
