Capobianco purchases Alpha Waterproofing from founder Salnier

According to Alpha Weatherproofing Corp. the firm's former general manager, Paul Capobianco, has purchased the company from founder James Saulnier. Saulnier will remain actively involved as a consultant to the firm. "I'm very proud of what my team and I accomplished over the last two decades," said Saulnier. "Paul is the right person to lead the company forward. He is well respected by his team, clients, vendors, and peers, and the transition has been seamless and positive." Alpha Weatherproofing specializes in building envelope restoration services including waterproofing, roofing, masonry, and concrete repair for clients throughout the greater Boston area and New England. Capobianco has served as general manager of Alpha Weatherproofing since 2003. A natural leader, he has a keen ability to quickly recognize, analyze and solve problems. Capobianco's experience, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit will benefit the firm and its clients as he preserves Alpha's tradition of excellence while building toward expansion of services and clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Supporting Capobianco is a team of dedicated tradesmen that rarely turns over, which lends to the firm's solid reputation and continuity.
