Campanelli Construction completes 25,000 s/f renovation for Symmons Industries, Inc. - Architect on the project was Visnick & Caulfield

Campanelli Construction has completed the 25,000 s/f renovation of Symmons Industries, Inc.'s office space. The office space, which was converted from a former warehouse building, is located adjacent to Symmons' manufacturing facility to promote company collaboration. Symmons is a manufacturer of commercial and residential plumbing products. "Campanelli was a natural choice for construction manager on the project. They have millions of square feet of experience in this type of construction and we knew they could successfully take this manufacturing facility and transform the building into a contemporary office space," said John Graves, CFO of Symmons. The architect on the project, Visnick & Caulfield, designed a hip, modern, high-tech space featuring exposed ceilings, abundant glass for natural light, low workstations and multiple collaborative working areas. There are over 200 employees that will enjoy this new space as Symmons' business continues to expand and grow. The project was led by Campanelli Construction project executive, Russell Dion. "Symmons is an innovative company that understands modern work culture. They really embraced the new-age concept of open workspaces that foster collaboration and Campanelli Construction is proud to have helped them accomplish this goal," said Jeff DeMarco, president of Campanelli Construction. The renovation was completed in three months. Campanelli Construction is actively working on construction projects across the United States. Most recently they completed the 85,000 s/f South Shore Medical Center in Norwell, Mass.
