Callaghan to serve as managing director of Granite State Title Services

Tenley Callaghan has been named managing director of Granite State Title Services, an affiliate of the northern New England law firm of Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A. Callaghan has 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, primarily representing lenders in loan transactions. Prior to joining Cleveland, Waters and Bass in July as a senior attorney (a role in which she will continue to serve), she was title attorney for Horizon Settlement Services for twelve years, preparing loan and closing documents and conducting closings for clients throughout New Hampshire and northern New England. Callaghan is member of the city of Concord Board of Ethics and has served as a director and officer of the Concord Public Library Foundation. "Tenley brings a wealth of experience and superior leadership skills to Granite State Title Services," said Philip Hastings, president of Cleveland, Waters and Bass. "With her background, she is the perfect person to help us establish Granite State Title Services as the premier provider of title and closing services for commercial real estate transactions and loans throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont."
