Built in 1874, Althea Cottage was updated in 2012. The five bedroom and two and one half bathroom Victorian home features gathering spaces and outdoor patio space for summer activities.

“This home epitomizes the classic Narragansett cottage,” said Callaghan. “I am overjoyed to have helped my clients pass on this gem of a property.”

“My clients look forward to enjoying a wonderful summer in Narragansett,” said Teeden. “This home has so much character and was a perfect fit for my buyers.”

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented three clients in the top five sales in Narragansett year-to-date, more than any other firm. This is also the third highest sale in the Narragansett Pier area.
