Butler sold a 6,500 s/f building at 641 Arnold Rd. for $425,000 to RKA Properties, LLC (Ronald Foerca). The seller was Narragansett Graphics Associates, Inc. (Jaime Wilson). The buyer purchased the site because N.W. Numerics is relocating from Seattle.
The property is adjacent to the Centre of New England Commerce Park and Coventry Commons.
And in Warwick, Butler sold a 1,980 s/f building at 6 Echo Dr. for $180,000 to Thomas and Diane Shalvey of Shalvey Landscape. The seller was Clive and Mary-Lou Gudmundson.
