Burke of White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors Inc. leases 25,139 s/f at 462 Shelburne Road

South Burlington, VT Tim Burke, of White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors Inc. completed four long term leases totaling 25,139 s/f for the University of Vermont Medical Center and The University of Vermont Health Network at 462 Shelburne Rd.

The University of Vermont Medical Center’s finance, treasury, and internal audit units will occupy a portion of the first floor, ophthalmology and strategic planning will occupy the entire second floor and the University of Vermont Health Network will occupy the entire third floor of the three story 28,231 s/f building.

The University of Vermont Medical Center is the State’s largest hospital.

The University of Vermont Medical Center is part of The University of Vermont Health Network, a four-hospital network serving patients and their families in Vermont and northern New York.

Burke represented the two tenants, in the lease transactions. Pizzagalli Properties, LLC is the owner developer and landlord for this new class A office building.

White + Burke specializes in commercial real estate development services, brokerage, permitting, and asset management.
