Burke, Ginand and McManus named partners at Timberline Construction

Canton, MA According to Timberline Construction Corp., Jeffrey Burke, Karl Ginand and Tim McManus have been named company partners. President Steven Kelly has restructured the corporate leadership to form a multi-disciplinary and well-rounded team to position Timberline for continued growth. Kelly said, “It takes a team of like-minded similarly committed individuals to build a great company. Jeff, Karl, and Tim have demonstrated true dedication to the company, our team and the clients we service every day. Together we are much stronger and well positioned to deliver exceptional results for the future.” 

Burke is vice president, director of field operations. He has over 20 years of construction management experience. He uses this experience to develop strategies that demonstrate proven efficiency, value, and delivery. Since joining the team in 2014, Burke has advanced Timberline’s standard operating procedures and implemented a vigorous corporate safety program. Additionally, he has leveraged his industry relationships to recruit a robust and versatile team. Burke manages his team by mentoring and offering training and professional development opportunities. He sets a strong leadership example for this staff by exceeding his role requirements and proactively building and maintaining client relationships. As partner, he will continue to advance Timberline’s strategic initiatives and strengthen the company’s culture and operating structure to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Ginand is vice president, director of preconstruction and estimating. He  is a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the construction industry specializing in preconstruction and estimating services for clients. His network of pre-qualified subcontractors and expertise in efficiency and cost control solutions have resulted in predictable results and high-quality projects, a value add for many clients. His areas of expertise have also included optimized cost savings with many successfully employed value engineering options. As partner, Ginand’s involvement with both business development and estimating aims to bring value to clients with early involvement in the project planning process. He will continue to advance Timberline’s estimating, preconstruction and client services, as well as enhancing corporate initiatives through collaboration with the management team. 

McManus is vice president, project executive. He offers over 35 years of experience managing complex construction projects in excess of several million s/f throughout his career. As vice president and project executive, McManus’ solution driven approach to leadership is relayed to his team and project partners with a focus on time management, accountability, trust, quality, and performance. McManus is a known and trusted advisor in the industry. His experience offers value-added advice to the client, design team, and other project partners. In McManus’ role, he applies his expertise to work acquisition efforts, project management oversight, client service, subcontractor relations and business operations. He proudly offers a hands-on and accessible approach to client service which has earned the respect of many repeat organizations. McManus’ leadership and coaching approach is much like the “Do Your Job” mantra of the New England Patriots.
