Burke and White of The Boulos Co. broker sales transactions

500 Market Street - Portsmouth, N.H.

Portsmouth, NH Noble Properties LLC purchased three office condominiums (2A, 2B & 2C) totaling 3,856 s/f at 500 Market St. from PMC Realty Trust. The buyer is opening a family pediatric practice after they complete a full renovation of the property.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Caitlin Burke and Kent White of The Boulos Company, and on behalf of the seller by Caitie Mederios of The Kane Company.

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates purchased office units 102 & 103 totaling 2,008 s/f at 25 Maplewood Ave. from 25 Maplewood Avenue, LLC. The buyer helps people aged 40+ be more active, healthy, and mobile through physical therapy and pilates.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Caitlin Burke of The Boulos Company, and on behalf of the seller by John Samonas of Samonas Realty.

Citizens Bank leased 2,600 s/f of additional office space at 134 Pleasant St. from landlord 134 Pleasant Street, LLC.

The transaction was arranged by Kent White of The Boulos Company.
