Bulfinch appoints Brennan to senior vice president, acquisition

Boston, MA Bulfinch has appointed Conor Brennan to senior vice president, acquisitions.

Brennan joins Bulfinch from the investment team at Rubenstein Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in Philadelphia where he focused on value-add investments in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and select Midwestern cities, with responsibility for new acquisitions, financing, dispositions, and asset management of portfolio investments.

Brennan received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Brennan heads Bulfinch’s acquisitions team focusing on continued growth of the Bulfinch portfolio by sourcing, analyzing and executing value-added investment opportunities in Bulfinch’s core markets. Brennan also provides strategic support for financing and asset management ensuring Bulfinch’s portfolio generates consistent and superior risk-adjusted returns over the long-run.
