Peter Brown, director of leasing for Campanelli Companies, negotiated a 95,000 s/f long-term lease renewal with Verizon at 480 Arsenal St. on behalf of AMB Property Corporation. David Wright, executive vice president/partner, and Amy Perlman, vice president, of CB Richard Ellis represented Verizon.
Brown, exclusive leasing agent for AMB's Watertown property, said, "Verizon selected 480 Arsenal St. due to the ideal components of engineering office space and service area for vehicles and equipment in the late 1990s and it continues to be a solid location for these operations."
