Brooks Properties leases 12,133 s/f to Standex International at 11 Keewaydin Dr.

According to Brooks Properties, Standex International Corp. will move their headquarters to 11 Keewaydin Dr. The first class office space is a 3-story building, with 36,400 s/f and is located off exit 2 on I-93. Standex will lease the entire third floor of the building which is 12,133 s/f. The Brooks Props.' is also home to The Dannon Co. and Cornell University. Brooks Props. was able to meet the Standex rental constraints and completed the build-out two months before deadline. Currently Brooks owns and manages 40 buildings and 1.5 million s/f in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.
