Broderick named president of Gilbane Development Company

Gilbane Development Company promoted Edward Broderick to president of Gilbane Development Company. In this role, Broderick will draw upon thirty years of experience in the development and construction industry to set direction for the company. He will oversee day-to-day operations and foster consistent performance and customer satisfaction. Since joining Gilbane in 1982, Edward Broderick has held larger leadership roles at Gilbane, including 7 years with Gilbane Building Co. before joining Gilbane Development Co. as a project manager and progressing through to development manager, senior development manager, senior vice president of development, and most recently as executive vice president.
