Brixmor Property Group leases 2,000 s/f to at Christmas Tree Plaza

According to Brixmor Property Group (Brixmor), a 2,000 s/f lease was executed with Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt at Christmas Tree Plaza, located northwest of I-95, just off Exit 41 and southeast of Rte. 1 (Boston Post Rd.), on the northwest corner of Indian River Rd. and South Lambert Rd. Ray Meglio of Keller Williams Realty, Trumbull, Conn., represented Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt. Brixmor is the owner of Christmas Tree Plaza and was represented by Charles Davis with Brixmor. Brixmor is the second largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. and has been a leader in redevelopment over the last decade. Brixmor was selected as one of Chain Store Age's Top Redevelopers for work completed during 2011/2012.
