Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial sells four office condos for $455,000

Cheshire, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed four office condominium sales. The first two are located at 420 South Main St., unit 1 and 2 consisting of 2,500 s/f sold for $255,000. Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial represented both the seller, 420 South Main Street, LLC and the buyer, James Grenon of Alexander & Grenon Chiropractic Center. 

The two additional office condominiums are located in the Waverly Professional Park located at 345 Highland Ave., unit 201 and 202. These units were located on the 2^nd floor of the building: unit 201 consists of 1,212 s/f and unit 202 consists of 1,265 s/f. The condos sold together for a total sale price of $200,000.

Brimberg represented the seller of both units, 345 Highland Ave LLC. The buyer of both units, Rifat Saleh, P.E. of RHS Consulting & Design LLC, an engineering and developing firm, was represented by Sammy Kouadra of Realty Network, LLC.
