Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed the $300,000 sale of a commercial building located at 8-12 Hope Hill Rd. The 13,620 s/f building located on 1.98 acres, formerly the “Suburban Market” was sold to Prakash Patel who plans to completely renovate the building for future retail and commercial uses.

Norman Fishbein of Fishbein Law Firm, LLC represented the seller and Mary-Ann Haran, Attorney at Law represented the buyer. Financing was provided by Start Bank with Joseph Nuzzo as the commercial loan officer.
