Brenner, Realtors sells condo development for $1 million

Brenner, Realtors of Newport, R.I. and Fall River, Mass., has sold 8.9 acres, representing the previously uncompleted portion of the Clock Tower Business/Professional Condo Development on the west side of West Main Rd., near the terminus of Rte. 24. According to company president, Realtor George Brenner, GRI, CRB, the purchaser, Clock Tower Square, LLC of Warwick, intends to complete the development project with a similar type of combination first level retail/professional condos and upper level professional office units. It is anticipated that dates for commencement of construction, as well as availability of units for purchase and occupancy, will be announced by the new developer within the next few months. The sale was a cooperative transaction with MG Commercial Real Estate Services of Providence, represented by their sales associate and listing agent, Realtor Dan Feiner, who also represented the seller.
