Brendon Properties is developer for 40 Washington Station condo homes in Canton, MA - marketing by Advisors Living

Canton, MA Advisors Living, the residential real estate sales platform associated with Boston Realty Advisors, is the exclusive broker for Washington Station’s second phase of luxury homes in Canton Center, 40 condominiums in a new mid-rise building with underground parking. Brendon Properties is creating the community.

The new condominium building, at 20 Audubon Way, is on a private, tree-lined setting. The on-site marketing center and display home, at 869 Washington St., are now open, and reservations are being accepted.

Washington Station’s first phase consisted of 17 townhomes that sold from March 2021 to April of 2022. The 40 new homes are expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2025.

“Washington Station’s location right off Washington St. in downtown Canton can’t be beat,” said Janice Dumont, CEO of Advisors Living New Development. “Between this amazing location and Brendon Properties’ attention to detail, this will be the newest sought after community in Canton.”

Washington Station is being marketed by Advisors’ Living New Development team’s Alison Miceli and Lorraine Murray.

The condominiums, in an elevator building with four floors and 10 units on each floor, will be between 1,421 and 1,493 s/f, each with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, kitchen, laundry, fireplace and balcony. The building will feature a lobby with working stations, and package room for secure deliveries.

The town is a highly desirable community, accessible to Boston, with commuter-rail access, a highly-rated school system, and a wide variety of shopping options. Washington Station is a five-minute walk to the train station in the center of town and a 25-minute drive to Boston.

Shopping includes convenience and consignment shops, Post Office, library, fitness options, churches, salons and restaurants, including Amber Road Cafe, C.F. McCarthy’s pub, Waterfall Bar & Grill, and Plenty Of Dough pizza. Cobbs Corner is nearby, with Shaw’s supermarket, Marshalls, Loft, and more restaurants.

Numerous walking trails and other outdoor activities are nearby.

The phase one Washington Station townhomes were two- and three-bedroom homes with 3 1/2 baths, on three levels with attached garages.

Each of the new condominiums will come with a parking space in an underground garage and an option to purchase a surface parking space. The new building will feature a lobby with working stations and a package room for secure deliveries.

“Pride of ownership, lifestyle, quality, and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship is paramount to the Brendon Properties experience,” said Dumont.

With more than 40 years of experience, the company has been recognized regionally and nationally with industry awards.
