Manchester, NH According to Brady Sullivan Properties and Summit Realty Partners Inc., the 2nd phase of leasing has begun at The Shoppes at 655 South Willow St.
The Shoppes at 655 South Willow is a 191,519 s/f mixed-use development including approximately 65,000 s/f of new-to-market retail space. The mixed-use property is situated on 13 acres with parking suitable for convenient shopping, restaurants and larger format tenants. Construction at this property is now 100% complete including a façade, new landscaping and pylon signage.
There are now six fully committed tenants at the property. These tenants include Life Storage which is now open and occupying 100,000 s/f and Core Medical Group who plans to occupy 27,000 s/f. Committed small shop tenants include Firehouse Subs,1,672 s/f; Popeye’s, 2,799 s/f; Kung Fu Tea, 1,098 s/f; and Glossy Nails, 3,023 s/f. Firehouse Subs, Glossy Nails and Kung Fu tea are all planning to open their doors by next month.
