Brady Sullivan named 2015 Business of the Year

Brady Sullivan Properties was named the 2015 Business of the Year in the construction/engineering/real estate category. The real estate development company received the honor from Business NH Magazine, which published features on each of the award winners in the May issue of the magazine. "We are truly excited that Business NH Magazine is recognizing Brady Sullivan for its hard work not just last year, but over the last two decades," said Arthur Sullivan, principal of Brady Sullivan Properties. "The management and our staff have worked hard to provide quality residential and commercial real estate throughout the state, while also taking time to make a difference in and around our community. We're very honored." A combination of Manchester Millyard revitalization efforts, commercial presence throughout southern New Hampshire, and philanthropic activities contributed to the real estate company receiving this distinction. 2014 was a particularly busy year for the company, in which it expanded its mill presence in Keene, N.H., officially opened the American Wire Residential Lofts in Pawtucket, R.I., and acquired City Hall Plaza in the heart of downtown Manchester. In addition to enhancing its real estate presence, the company donated time, money, or space to more than 20 different nonprofit organizations.
