Brady Sullivan leases 14,000 s/f long term to Granite State College

Brady Sullivan Properties has completed a long term lease transaction with Granite State College for 14,000 s/f at 35E Industrial Way. 35E Industrial Way is a former Cabletron Systems building and currently houses companies such as Anseri Corp, Measured Progress and Smart Assistive Technology. The building contains 210,000 s/f of class A quality office/engineering space according to Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan. "We look forward in having Granite State College and their continuing education program join the Brady Sullivan portfolio of properties as we continue the Rochester site's redevelopment," said Panasis. "We are pleased to announce efforts to enhance our presence in Rochester in response to a dramatic increase in enrollments over the last two years," said Granite State College president Dr. Karol LaCroix. "Granite State College is part of the University System of New Hampshire and serves over 3,500 students throughout New Hampshire and beyond. We are proud to be a leader in delivering practical and relevant education in the classroom and online. Through this new facility, we will become even more invested in the Rochester community."
