Brady Sullivan completes three leases totaling 18,200 s/f in Keene

Brady Sullivan Properties, added new tenants to The Colony Mill Marketplace and Center at Keene. Brady Sullivan purchased the building just over 5 months ago and has already added 20,000 s/f of new tenants. Unbridled Chocolates, of Malborough is moving their café and chocolate shop to the 2,100 s/f dining space and kitchen located in the center of the The Colony Mill Marketplace. Plans are in the works for their café to not only do breakfast and lunch, but also a weekend brunch. MJD Hair Design has returned back to its original location on the first floor at the Colony Mill. MJD Hair Design moved temporarily to 341 West St. a few years ago, but is very excited to be back at the mill. Brady Sullivan worked with MJD to accommodate their timing and moving needs to get them re-situated into their former site. They are occupying 2,800 s/f and provide a full range of beauty and hair services. A National Medical Staffing and Recruiting Agency, Barton Associates currently based in Mass. will be expanding to the Center at Keene. They will occupy just over 13,300 s/f Barton Associates expects to bring 80 new jobs to Keene and is excited to expand into New Hampshire. "We are finding that the locations of these two properties are ideal for a variety of office and retail users looking to come to the region. It is in close proximity to Massachusetts and the companies that are leasing the spaces have a great pool of young candidates to choose from, being in close proximity to several colleges located in Keene and the surrounding towns," said Arthur Sullivan, principal. Exterior renovations are underway at both properties including new granite curbing and sidewalks, spruced up landscaping, and updated signage.
