Bozzuto selected to manage 27-story apartment bldg. 30 Dalton

Boston, MA Bozzuto has been selected to bring its award-winning management services to 30 Dalton, a 27-story high-rise apartment community positioned at the nexus of the Back Bay, the South End, and the Fenway Cultural District. Developer Pritzker Realty Group has collaborated with architects Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, Cambridge Seven Associates, and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates to design 30 Dalton, which is expected to open late this summer. Pre-leasing will begin in June.

Bozzuto’s signature services enhance the elegant and refined lifestyle offered by 30 Dalton. A highly-trained 24-hour concierge team is dedicated to delivering the finest hospitality services such as dry cleaning and laundry services, valet parking, grocery acceptance, dinner reservations, theatre tickets, tech installation, gift wrapping, housekeeping, and dog walking, grooming, and sitting. With extraordinary resident events and award-winning resident attention, Bozzuto and 30 Dalton will bring an unparalleled residential experience to Boston.

Situated across Belvidere St. from the Shops at Prudential Center and a short walk to Copley Place, and adjacent to the Christian Science Center, 30 Dalton will feature 218 apartment homes and 1,400 s/f of ground floor retail facing Belvidere St. 30 Dalton is a quick walk to Newbury St., Fenway Park, Symphony Hall and a short drive or T ride to the Museum of Fine Arts, the Theater District, and the Seaport District. The new Four Seasons hotel and residences, created by the same design team, is under construction next door and upon completion will offer an unparalleled amenity to residents of 30 Dalton.

30 Dalton’s Bluetooth keyless entry system allows residents to enter their homes with a wave of their smartphones. Inside the apartments, high ceilings complement wide-open floor plans. Chef-quality kitchens feature Italian inspired finishes, gas ranges, undermount sinks, and a suite of Kitchen Aid appliances. With floor to ceiling windows and balconies in select two-bedroom units, the historic beauty and architectural innovation of Boston’s skyline is on full, unobstructed display. Beginning on the third floor, South-facing apartments have views of the Christian Science Center and its reflecting pool. On the building’s north side, the Charles River is on display along with Back Bay and tree-lined Commonwealth Ave. Located on the 26th floor, a well-appointed Amenities Suite offers views of Boston’s skyline. The ultra-modern, double-height Skyline Suite features a stone fireplace, accented by a grand sculpted light fixture inspired by Boston’s famous fireworks.

“30 Dalton matches the strength of the Bozzuto brand and our reputation for outstanding management services,” said Stephanie Williams, president, Bozzuto Management Company. “Boston continues to be a strong market for us and we look forward to expanding our portfolio as we continue to take on noteworthy properties. Our goal at Bozzuto is to deliver extraordinary experiences of home and community and 30 Dalton does the same. Nowhere in will Boston residents find a better location and dedication to perfection in design and services. “

In 2015, multifamily executive and J Turner Research ranked Bozzuto as the Top Property Management Company for Online Reputation, for delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
