Boylston Rlty. Advisors handles two retail leases totaling 4,300 s/f

According to Boylston Realty Advisors, Closet Factory has leased 2,800 s/f of the 73,000 s/f mixed-use building located at 355 Middlesex Ave. The leased space, adjacent to the RMV, will include a sales and showroom area for their custom designed and manufactured closet solutions. A lease is pending for 1,900 s/f of the 3,400 s/f pad site with drive-thru access, leaving only 1,300 s/f still available in the entire mixed use project. Occupancy is expected in January, 2009. Boylston also represented the owners of an Edible Arrangement franchise in Norwood, Mass in securing 1,500 s/f of space. Specializing in unique fresh fruit bouquets, Edible Arrangements located in the Norwood Shopping Center joins the growing list of locations throughout Mass. The store is expected to occupy the building by the end of the year.
