Boylston Realty Advisors selected by Regency Centers

Boylston Realty Advisors was recently appointed to represent properties in Saugus, Mass. and Merrimack, N.H. for Regency Centers Corporation. Regency Centers is a national developer of grocery anchored retail centers and currently owns and operates 443 properties in 22 states, accounting for over 58 million s/f of prime retail space. Boylston Realty is currently seeking tenants looking for 1,200 to 8,992 s/f of space now available in the Merrimack Village Center, a Shaw's anchored shopping center. There are also two pad sites that accommodate up to 6,000 s/f, and 1,800 s/f, respectively. The Shops at Saugus has in-line and end cap spaces available ranging from 1,200 to 11,650 s/f. The Shops of Saugus is anchored by Trader Joe's, PetSmart, and La-Z-Boy.
