Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency arranges 7,000 s/f lease
479 Mineral Spring Avenue - Pawtucket, RIPawtucket, RI Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a long-term lease for 7,000 s/f of retail space.
The site is located at 479 Mineral Spring Ave., and was formerly occupied by Aaron’s Furniture Rental. The new tenant in this shopping center anchored by Save-A-Lot is a dollar type retailer owned by Danbury Gifts LLC. The landlord is MORAN FOODS, LLC, a subsidiary of Save-A-Lot Food Stores.
Bowden represented the tenant and the landlord.
