
Seabrook, NH According to The Boulos Co., one of Northern New England’s largest commercial real estate firms serving owners, investors, and tenants, Torrington Properties has purchased a 43,000 s/f industrial warehouse located at 9 Batchelder Rd. from Corium Real Estate Group.
The transaction included Functional Coatings signing a lease with Torrington Properties, Inc. and will relocate some of their current Newburyport location.
The Boulos Company’s Kent White, partner and principal broker and Caitlin Burke, associate, represented the seller and secured the buyer.
