Boulos releases 2023 N.H. Market Outlook

Manchester, NH The Boulos Company has released their annual Market Outlook report for the state of New Hampshire. This report highlights the most significant transactions for 2022 and provides an in-depth analysis of the commercial real estate market trends in the region, including the I-95 Corridor/Seacoast, I-93/Rte. 3 Corridor, and downtown Portsmouth. In the report Boulos reviews the Seacoast and I-93/Rte. 3 office market, providing insights into the demand for office space and rental rates in these areas, as well as the industrial market overview, including supply and demand, vacancy rates, and rental rates. The outlook includes a report on six downtown Portsmouth development projects that are expected to impact the local real estate market.
