BOMA Boston Update – 2021 Annual TOBY & Industry Awards

Congratulations to all of our 2021 Winners!

Boston, MA Last month, BOMA Boston hosted our Annual TOBY & Industry Awards in-person for the first time since 2019! It was a wonderful evening with 450 real estate professionals and guests who gathered at the Omni Hotel in Boston’s Seaport to celebrate individuals and buildings recognized for industry excellence. BOMA Boston recognized 10 impressive buildings and 10 deserving individuals with awards. Many thanks to our TOBY & Industry Awards sponsors, who hosted this fantastic evening. The winners of The Outstanding Building of the Year Awards (TOBYS) will be moving on to the regional conference from April 27th – 28th in Albany, NY and from there potentially to the International Competition in Nashville in June!

Last month on Wednesday, November 10th BOMA Boston held a webinar: A Conversation on Diversity, Inclusion & Equality in CRE. Taidgh McClory, founder & social impact entrepreneur, T.H. McClory, LLC moderated this fireside chat with Colleen Fonseca, executive director, Builders of Color Coalition and Tanya Mitchell, director of human resources & DEI initiatives, The Davis Companies. This webinar focused on the importance of DEI Initiatives in companies and talent development.
