BOMA Boston raises over $40,000 for four local beneficiaries

On Thursday, May 14, BOMA Boston hosted a check presentation for the 4 local beneficiaries recognized at this year's 26th Annual BOMA Benefit in March. Over $40,000 was awarded to this year's beneficiaries. The BOMA Benefit is an annual fundraiser, this year raising money on behalf of Cardinal Cushing Centers, Cradles to Crayons, Father Bill's & MainSpring, and Heading Home, with special recognition to BINA Farm Center. On Tuesday, May 19 BOMA Boston held a roundtable featuring Scott Sidman, CRE Technology Evangelist, senior vice president, Building Engines, Inc. Sidman expanded upon the key drivers for increased CRE Technology use, investment, and dependence. He also discussed fundamental considerations in evaluating new platforms/providers of technology, while sharing statistical examples of trends in investment and availability of platforms over the last four years.
