Blum of Cummings Properties leases 7,500 s/f at TradeCenter 128

Dr. Julie Elpers of ClearChoice Dental Implants

Woburn, MA ClearChoice Dental Implant Center opened at TradeCenter 128. It is the first and

only New England location of the national dental chain.

Cummings Properties account manager Morgan Blum worked with project manager Kevin Beck from ClearChoice and JLL managing director Neil Ross on the long-term lease. The 7,500 s/f practice is located in a heavily foot-trafficked area on the first floor of the Woburn-based commercial real estate firm’s landmark business campus, which receives thousands of employees and visitors daily.

ClearChoice offers an all-in-one dental implant treatment model that combines consultation, lab work, teeth creation, and any accompanying procedures and recovery in one single location. Founded in 2005, its network now includes 32 centers across the country, operated by oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and dentists.

The new dental center was built out to meet the standards of the parent organization and is equipped with the latest technology, including 3-D CAT Scan equipment and a full-service lab.

Board-certified prosthodontist Julie Elpers heads the team at ClearChoice Woburn. Elpers received her doctor of dental medicine from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and her master of science in Prosthodontics from University of North Carolina. She was previously in private practice in Brookline.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Elpers and ClearChoice to the Cummings family and particularly pleased to have them as part of the vibrant business community at TradeCenter 128,” said Blum.

The dental practice joins more than 100 client firms at TradeCenter 128, including Middlesex Superior Courthouse, Harvard Pilgrim’s HealthPlans, and Winchester Hospital.

Investing in a falling rate environment - by Harrison Klein

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
