Blakely of TRB Realty closes $5.125 million sale of West Central Plaza

Franklin, MA TRB Realty has closed the $5.125 million investment sale of West Central Plaza, a 10,040 square foot retail strip center.  TRB Realty marketed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller, West Central Plaza, LLC, and procured the buyer,  ARCBG, LLC, of Newton, Mass.  

Located at 471-479 West Central St., West Central Plaza is fully leased with Gentle Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Sports Clips, Franklin Physical Therapy and Divine Nails and has  visibility from Rte. 140 and is near Franklin Village Plaza and I-495.

Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB Realty was the exclusive listing agent and sole broker in the investment sale, which was part of a 1031 Exchange.
