Blakely of TRB Associates brokers two sales totaling $4.75 million

TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of a mixed-use building totaling 14,392 s/f of office/retail space situated upon 1 acre at 530 Boston Post Rd. (Rte. 20) for $1.95 million. The building was 76% occupied at the time of sale by a mix of local office and retail tenants. Ferrgraz, LLC acquired the property from Marlborough Village Plaza LLC. "It was a pleasure to assist both parties in a mutually-beneficial outcome," said Thomas Blakely, CCIM designee and president of TRB & Associates, Inc., based in Waltham, Mass., who procured the buyer and was the sole broker in the transaction. The new ownership entity has retained TRB & Associates exclusively to lease the remaining available office and retail space at the property. In another transaction, TRB & Assoc. brokered the sale of a freestanding building totaling 10,838 s/f of retail space situated upon 1 acre at 104 Worcester St. (Rte. 9) in Natick, Mass. for $2.8 million. The building was vacant at the time of sale. 104 Natick Realty, LLC acquired the property from Bradford/Natick Realty Trust. "104 Worcester Street is the most recent of many of the properties that we have had the pleasure and good fortune of marketing exclusively for our clients and getting the job done to their satisfaction....in addition, I must say, that it was a great pleasure to represent the owner of 104 Worcester Street," said Blakely, who procured the buyer and was the sole broker in the transaction. The new ownership entity has retained TRB & Associates exclusively to perform retail leasing services at the property.
