Blakely of TRB & Associates brokers $4 million sale of Fairway Bowling Alley

TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of 721 Worcester St. located on Rte. 9 for $4 million. The sale included a 28,000 s/f single-story building situated upon approximately 2.777 acres of land, which has been the home of the Fairway Bowling Alley for 60+ years. Dover Rug plans to redevelop the property and create another state of the art high class facility for its retail operations. "TRB & Associates is extremely pleased to have been selected to provide commercial real estate brokerage services on an exclusive basis. We have sold or leased many properties along Rte. 9 over the years. Many investors and developers have been after this property over the years. Unfortunately, someone had to sell this wonderful property that has been in the same family for over 60 years and contains so many cherished memories. It was an honor to have been chosen by ownership and to have procured such a wonderful buyer who was the perfect buyer, who performed honorably. Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB & Associates based in Lincoln, exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
