Blakely of TRB & Associates brokers $3.075 million sale of 677 Worcester Street

Not too long after exclusively representing the owner and procuring the buyer in the $4 million sale of 721 Worcester St., TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of 677 Worcester St. (Rte. 9) for $3.075 million. The 9,500 s/f retail building (formerly home to Boston Organ & Piano, established and incorporated in Massachusetts in 1957) is a prime location on the Westbound side of Rte. 9. Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB & Associates, Inc., based in Lincoln, Mass., procured and represented the buyer, 677 Worcester Street Trust in the transaction. Ria K.
